Bluefin settles with Bruce, GRP and Thornton

Case against two more defendants scheduled to continue tomorrow.

Bluefin Insurance Services has reached a settlement with Mike Bruce, Global Risk Partners (GRP) and Neil Thornton over their claims that Bruce tried to poach staff.

The court case began in February this year after Bluefin made the claims, which included the allegation that former CEO Bruce - now CEO for retail broking at GRP - was recruiting Bluefin branch managers who were in turn acting as recruiting sergeants and facilitating a "team move".

Bluefin said at the time that the behaviour of Bruce
