Brightside to cut 50 jobs

Broker set to make changes to its non-customer-facing functions, including IT, marketing and finance.

Brightside Group has outlined its restructuring plan which involves cutting 50 jobs, the broker said today.

Suzie Noble, Brightside's chief people officer, said the aim was to make the company a more effective size after the completion of a significant IT investment programme.

The programme, she said, was designed to increase individual managing directors' end to end responsibility.
