As part of the management shift Bluefin's former CEO Robert Organ will depart from the broker.

Marsh has moved to shake up the management team for its combined Jelf and Bluefin business.

It completed the £258m deal for Jelf in December 2015 and bought Bluefin last November for £295m.

As part of the new management structure former chief executive officer at Bluefin, Rob Organ, will leave the business.

"We thank Rob for his tremendous contribution to Bluefin over the last few years and wish him well in his future endeavours," said Mark Weil, CEO of Marsh UK and Ireland.
