Product: Insure As U Go launches pay-as-you-go household insurance policy
Insure As U Go has launched a household insurance policy targeted at insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, IFAs and conveyancing solicitors.
The new product is available on a month-by-month basis with clients able to stop and start the policy as often as they wish in a similar manner to a pay-as-you-go phone package. The company claimed the approach was unique in the insurance market with the product having been designed to move business away from direct writers.
Lee Taylor, principal of Insure As U Go, commented: “This is the first in a number of products we will be looking to offer our members, and see this as a great opportunity.’
