DAS' relaunched commercial legal protection policy offers companiesrepresentation throughout General Insurance Standards Council
disputes.
GISC enforcement protection is offered as an option to brokers and others
in the general insurance market who feel they may need the financial
muscle to protect their GISC membership. It provides defence at an
enforcement committee proceeding, or following a decision notice by that
committee that leads to a GISC disciplinary tribunal.
The revamped policy
