Hiscox has launched a "cyberliability" product in a bid to provide
protection for companies with an Internet presence or e-mail capability.
The insurer claims the product is unique in that it covers the risk of
"cybervandalism" such as hacking, website damage, and "cyberfraud".


The new product provides cover for: infringement of copyright, patent,
trademark, and moral rights; breach of confidence or infringement of any
