ITT London & Edinburgh has strongly denied rumours that its motorportfolio is up for sale.
Over the last month, speculation has intensified that ITT L&E is looking
to divest its struggling personal lines motor account. PB has been told by
several market sources that more than one of the composites has looked at
ITT L&E's motor books. One source said that the account had been offered
to, and subsequently turned down by, a leading motor insurer.
Lloyd Hanks at ITT L&E flatly denied these rumours. He
