The Argyll Insurance Group has made its third acquisition in Kent, buying broker Walker Satterford Partnership.
WSP will be merged with Sittingbourne insurance broker and independent financial adviser Edward Jones and Associates, which Argyll acquired earlier this year. Both teams will be relocated to new offices in Kent.
The deal takes Argyll's gross written premium to £20m but the broker hopes to make further acquisitions in Kent, Surrey and Hampshire this year.
