AIG Europe is offering its directors' and officers' policyholders afree crisis support package. The modular package, included within the
Corporate-Guard policy, offers the insured expert assistance in the event
of a crisis, such as losing a major customer or the resignation of a key
executive.
The policyholder can choose between one of three modules: one day's
professional crisis management services for unlisted companies, a crisis
fund of up to £30,000 for companies listed in the UK, or a fund of
