The British Insurance Brokers' Association conference was, as ever,
an excellent opportunity to catch up with industry colleagues. It was also
interesting for the emphasis placed - for the first time - on younger
insurance brokers.


This year BIBA organised two sessions for brokers under 35 years old.


The day on which they took place was branded 'Future Broker Day' - the
name emphasising the fact these brokers are not just young but the future
of the industry.


Three distinct ideas came out of these
