Awarding experiences.
The recent BIA awards saw the great and the good from the industry being rewarded for their efforts. GISC, however, wins no awards for unfairly treating those whose livelihood depends on insurance.

Having had the honour of being a judge at The British Insurance Awards (PB
p3), I also recently attended another insurance awards ceremony.
Having worked through the judging process myself and knowing how difficult
it can be to weigh one entry against another, I wonder whether the judges
at these particular awards allowed themselves a wry smile when the winner
