Folgate Partnership has gained footholds in Scotland, the North-west, west Midlands and South-west, following the acquisition of Warren Hill Insurance Brokers.
Kenny Maciver, Folgate managing director, said: "Warren Hill brings an office network in areas where we were not previously represented, providing the nucleus for further acquisitions."
