AXA Insurance has been accused of putting its premier account brokers at a disadvantage by approaching clients through Axa Direct.
Broker Adam Gaskell claims the Glasgow office of Axa Direct offered his client 5% commission to renew its business and for any new business it could introduce. Axa pays its premier account brokers 7.5% commission but is said to have refused to quote through the broker or provide an up-to-date claims record.
