The old ideas are still the best, Bob Parkins tells Diane Smyth, explaining why he is a traditionalist who believes broker networks should go back to basics.

Westinsure is a broker network with a difference. Originally started
as a West Country alliance, it is now a public limited company and plans
to become a single, unified broker by 2005. Managing director Bob Parkins
says the key to his thinking is going "back to the future".
