The Association of British Insurers has produced a report designed to help insurers pinpoint the risks associated with residential and commercial property and motor vehicles.The report entitled Criminal Decision Making concluded that the majority of burglars are not opportunists, but instead carefully select targets and are likely to offend more than once.
The research also found that burglars were most attracted to properties which are detached, end of terrace, have an alleyway at the side
