The UK is in the grip of a phenomenon - a compensation culture. Thisnational zeitgeist has been driven by a multitude of factors including
developments in the US, the UK Government's policy of access to justice
and the public's increased awareness of its rights.
The UK is becoming an increasingly litigious society and a raft of new
companies is being created that incite even the most lackadaisical to seek
out compensation that, a few years ago, would not have been
considered.
