way.
Allan Chapman & James Insurance Brokers was established in 1988 as a
partnership between Martin Tinsley, Terry Austin and Les Marshall, with
the firm taking its name from the middle names of each of the
founders.
The three started the firm with £42-worth of second-hand furniture and two
