Camberford Law's new intellectual property scheme covers
policyholders for legal expenses should they have to go to court to
protect patents, copyright and design or mark. It also protects
policyholders against any claim of legal proceedings arising in relation
to confidential information, unfair competition and licence protection.
The policy covers claimants who contest and are accused of IP
infringement.
