Three major insurers have agreed to pay a penalty if they fall down
in their service to a Folkestone broker.


Under the agreement both the broker and insurer will pay a small penalty
if their service standards fall short. Ray Johnson, proprietor of
Independent Insurance Services, says the agreement works well for both
parties and has improved his relationship with key insurers over the past
12-18 months.
