Camberford rises to the challenge.

Richard Sheikh's aim is to take his company Camberford Law into the top 50 independent brokers. Shona Cronin finds out how he plans to do it.

Richard Sheikh is not a man who shys away from a challenge. He aims
to move his firm Camberford Law into the top 50 independent brokers within
the next 18-20 months.


The broker was established in 1958 by Bill Berry who is now a
non-shareholding chairman. It has a gross written premium of between
£17-18m and a strong presence in the schemes market.


Mr Sheikh became managing director four and a half years ago and is the
