PXRE managing agency has set up a new service company - PXREInsurance Services - to target the provincial broker market. The new
facility is looking to take a share of the SME market with a product
called Incapsulate, which boasts a wide range of covers and "higher"
commissions. The policy is being underwritten by PG Butler syndicate 1224.
The two underwriters responsible for Incapsulate are Matt Gifford,
formerly of Lombard, and ex-syndicate 820 (Amlin) underwriter David Armes.
