Insurance industry staff will find themselves in deep trouble if they
do not get to grips with their responsibilities under the Financial
Services Authority's new regime, warned Andy Homer, chief executive of Axa
Insurance.


Mr Homer said that when the FSA gains its full powers in December (N2) it
will call on approved persons to deal in an open and co-operative way and
disclose any information of which the FSA would reasonably expect
notice.
