Over the past few months, we have been "put though the hoop" by
General Insurance Standards Council auditors Pricewaterhouse Coopers.


We have spent many unpaid person-hours at our virtual offices, building
our website and documentation to achieve compliance with the GISC rule
book.


We understood that GISC enforcement of 'members only dealing with members'
under F42 rules would come into force by September 2001. This has now
slipped to December 2001 at the earliest.


But Norwich Union seems to have
