It is time to refute the continuing allegations and misleadingstatements, and to put the record straight. Do loss assessors or loss
adjusters do the best job for the claimants in the detailed preparation
and satisfactory negotiation of their claims?
Adjusters, who have lost market share, have decided to get involved with
loss assessing on behalf of the claimants. Some claim they can do a better
job than assessors because adjusters are qualified and assessors are
not.
