Swinton cooperating with FCA after fines and bans for former executives
Halpin expresses regret while Axa denies any involvement with Bowyer.
Swinton Group has said it continues to cooperate fully with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) after the regulator's decision to fine and ban three of its former executive from senior positions at FCA regulated companies.
Peter Halpin, Anthony Clare and Nicholas Bowyer who were formerly chief executive, finance director and marketing director respectively, were fined a combined total of £928,000.
It follows previous enforcement action taken against Swinton in 2013 when it was fined £7.4m
