UK Broker Summit 2015: Biba chief says General Election likely to produce uncertainty

Steve White says the UK is entering an era of multi-party politics.

The prospect of the rapidly approaching General Election delivering uncertainty is a concern for the industry according to Steve White, the chief executive of the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba).

As the political parties crank up their election campaigns and haggle over whether, or in what form, television debates will occur, the indications are the contest is heading for deadlock.

Speaking at Insurance Age's UK Broker Summit, White said the polls suggest the two major parties are
