Arthur J Gallagher accuses Aston Scott and Peter Blanc of staff poaching
Gallagher seeks interim injunction to stop employment of Duncan Rogers at Aston Scott.
Arthur J Gallagher has accused Peter Blanc and Aston Scott of unlawfully employing or poaching former Gallagher staff member Duncan Rogers to work in its Colchester office.
In a hearing at the High Court, Queen's Bench division, in London today (20 September) Gallagher counsel Mr Stilitz QC said it was seeking an interim injunction to stop Rogers, who worked at Gallagher's Feering office, working at Aston Scott which he joined two months ago.
