Do you have a favourite Biba moment from previous conferences?

Sir Chris Hoy’s keynote at Biba 2013. Chris gave a great insight into his motivations and determination to succeed through his early years and into multiple world championships and Olympics. Sports folks are often rolled out at corporate and professional events and most are fantastic (Lord Coe and Kevin Keegan stand out in my memory), we in insurance can learn a lot from them, there are several parallels.
