While a recent survey shows that most small-to-medium sized enterprises are happy with their commercial property insurance provider, many of them do not remain loyal for more than a few years. Ewan Campbell finds out why

A survey by analyst Datamonitor found that most small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) are satisfied with their commercial property insurance provider, and typically stay with the same insurer for two to five years.
