UK businesses continue to suffer the costs of a compensation culture, which is not being addressed by the Government's Compensation Bill, said Aon. According to the broker's second annual survey, businesses and local authorities would like to see greater government consultation, with a view to introducing tighter limits on compensation awards. The survey revealed 86% of organisations have been affected detrimentally by the compensation culture this year, either directly or through rising
