Royal & SunAlliance (RSA) has unveiled a new addition to its Geographical Risk Assessment (GRA) tool - arson. The insurer, which already uses its GRA system to assess the risk of flooding and subsidence for every household and business in Britain, will now assess arson risks down to the individual business address. Until now most insurers, including RSA, assessed the risk of arson according to business sector, applying a flat-sector rate, regardless of where the property was located. However
