Keeping your customers happy is an obvious way to ensure your business is healthy and profitable, but this is often easier said than done. Liz Booth reports

Marketing company Ion Group recently commissioned research which looked at how much consumers wanted to build a relationship with businesses. It found consumers are much more interested in establishing and maintaining a relationship with their insurance broker than they are with the underwriter and that they ranked brokers and IFAs as the business type with which consumers are most eager to engage.
