Charles Manchester starts his motorcycle road adventure in the US.
It's Monday 1st June. We leave on Thursday 4th.
We'll be heading south from Chicago through Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas then west through New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and finally California for the finish at Santa Monica Boulevard.
Right now I'm in Chicago and the riders are gathering. Graham Hearsey of Professional Insurance Agents arrived yesterday with his wife Lynn.
FA Cup
I missed the FA Cup final on Saturday, which was painful.
