Has Judge Holland's recent decision to compensate claimants with pleural plaques opened the door to a vast number of claimants in asbestos and other fields? Could this be a huge problem for the industry?
Nick: The recent test litigation on pleural plaques hasn't changed the law. It has maintained the status quo in terms of liability for pleural plaques. There has obviously been a change in compensation in terms of either general provisional or on full and final basis but the three pleural plaques
