As the fallout from the recession continues to rain down, company chiefs must be more aware than ever of the risks of running a business. With the tough economic climate creating a rise in insolvencies and redundancies, what effect has the increased threat of litigation from disgruntled customers, creditors, employees and regulators had on the directors' and officers' (D&O) market and what does the future hold?
