Brokers are hoping for a watertight solution to stem the tide of the UK’s flood insurance crisis

Britain has been battered by its wettest start to a summer for more than a century and the deluge has only heightened the on-going controversy about the UK’s chronic inability to tackle its pending flood insurance crisis.
