Zurich Risk Services sells Zurich Certification
Zurich Risk Services has reached agreement with The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting - Certification Services Limited (NICEIC-CSL) for NICEIC-CSL to acquire 100% of the ownership of Zurich Certification Limited (Zurich Certification).
Zurich Risk Services is transferring the ownership of Zurich Certification's entire legal entity and there will be no redundancies as a result of this agreement. Both parties have agreed to keep the price confidential.Zurich Certification provides training, assessment, and certification services to the gas operatives sector.
