Broker launches web-based quote facility for the construction industry
PWS Holdings, the independent international reinsurance broker, has launched an Internet-based facility to offer insurance brokers real-time insurance quotations on-line for construction industry-related insurance.
The website www.21two1.co.uk has been developed by the Construction and Engineering Division of PWS International.
According to PWS, insurance brokers will now, for the first time ever, be able to provide their construction sector clients with quotations for this specialist cover. JCT Clause 21.2.1 and similar insurance are required when an amendment is made to a standard building contract, which requires a contractor to purchase cover against damage caused to neighbouring properties arising in
