Kennedys and Davies Lavery to merge
Insurance law specialists Kennedys and Davies Lavery have merged.
According to the new company, the merger comes at a time when some of the generalist firms are struggling to provide a service to insurers at a sensible price as the industry consolidates and clients become more ‘value-conscious’ - and a few have even taken the decision to retreat from the market altogether.
The newly merged firm will be known simply as ‘Kennedys’ and will number some 110 plus partners and a total staff of 600. The London team of the new firm will be housed in a brand-new
