Amlin nabs Zurich property team
Amlin has expanded its UK property team with the arrival of a team of five underwriters from Zurich.
Team leader David Hancock joins as leading class underwriter, property and package and will report into Amlin UK underwriting director, Brian Carpenter.
Mr Hancock has 22 years' experience as a property underwriter with Royal Insurance, Northern Star, London and Edinburgh (later Norwich Union) and, since 2003, with Zurich. His responsibility at Amlin UK is to build an integrated team and develop the commercial combined and property owners' accounts. The existing Chelmsford commercial combined
