Patni Computer Systems is developing a new business process automation option for the insurance industry, to increase efficiency by computerising administrative and managerial tasks.
While the components, Digital Resources, are currently in the design phase, the purpose will be to help insurance businesses streamline operations by automating standard processes, including risk analysis and product selection, allowing companies to resource staff in areas where manual oversight is necessary.
