Hallmark (East Midlands), an insurance intermediary based in Derbyshire and Leicestershire, has launched a service to simplify the claims process for customers. The company has teamed up with off-site data storage provider MyGlobalSafe.com to create a digital 'safe' for each customer, hosted in a secure online environment. Digital copies of all customers' insurance policies will be placed in each safe, which they will also be able to add to by uploading other documents that may be useful when
