Motor insurer Highway has launched a new commercial retail network (CARN) in partnership with TMS Fleet. The service is specifically for commercial customers and includes target recovery times of one hour, at any time of day or night, 365 days a year. Roadside recovery will be arranged electronically and replacement vehicle hire will be available. Peter Gallagher, Highway claims director, said: "In accordance with the Financial Services Authority guidelines this will provide greater transparency
