- Oxygen has appointed two new teams specialising in contingency and accident and health, sports and travel business to its agency operation, Oxygen Insurance Managers. The first team is led by Chris Rackcliffe and will develop a portfolio of event contingency and cancellation business.
Chris's team includes Mark Symons and Christian Philips. They are joining Oxygen from ASU International, which is a subsidiary of HCC Insurance Holdings. The second team is led by Paul Newson and will be
