Alan Boswell Insurance and Financial Services Group has signed a deal with Whitespace Software to provide the firm with a quotation and administration system for its property-owners' scheme. The Norwich-based broker said the system would increase profitability by applying more efficient administration and validation procedures. The software will replace current paper-based processes, improve existing policy documentation and apply strict rule-based underwriting criteria, enabling better quality
