The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has confirmed that a letter informing stakeholders of a delay to the implementation of personal injury reforms was sent in error.
The letter explained to recipients that the deadline for implementation of new rules governing the handling of road traffic accident injury claims had been put back from October this year to April 2010. When asked to confirm, a spokeswoman for the MoJ said there had been a mistake.
