Integro, the newly formed global independent insurance brokerage has completed a private securities placement that raised an excess of a planned $300m. Integro is a Latin word that translates to 'make well, make better'. The company will be led by three insurance executives, Bob Clements as chairman, Roger Egan as ceo and Peter Garvey as president. Integro intends to open offices in London, Toronto and Bermuda.
