A list of hints and tips has been compiled for brokers in a bid to raise the industry's awareness of fraud.
Absolute, which develops and implements fraud solution strategies for the insurance market, said the industry was capturing three times as many fraudulent claims compared to three years ago.
Gabrielle Stewart, technical director at Absolute, said: "Brokers have the closest relationship with clients and it is important to raise awareness in order to strengthen fraud detection and management
