A stronger focus on niche insurance could increase brokers' income, according to Norwich Union (NU).
The claim comes after the insurer revealed plans to offer its specialist lines insurance online. It said brokers have been missing an opportunity to grow their revenue streams because they were unaware of the small areas of insurance that fall outside the remit of the mainstream commercial market.
