Swinton plans to create more than 250 new jobs in its Norwich-based call centre by the end of 2009. The company will bring in hundreds of staff from outbound sales advisors to team managers, pushing the number of employees in the Norwich office up to roughly 400. Swinton's announcement followed Norwich Union Life's decision to cut jobs.
